Application criteria
Clearly contributes to the startup climate in North Brabant.
Is initiated bottom-up (i.e., not by governments or large established parties).
Has broad community support (demonstrated through collaborations, signatures, or support from at least two other parties).
Does not request funding for salaries or wages.
